I can genuinely say I have never experienced that level of cold myself ever in my life. I can't even imagine. I have been pretty cold where it is even like your nose hairs freeze when you step outside. Not even that cold. Anyway, I think you mentioned cooking soup. I'm like, yeah. I think when it's that cold out, that is definitely soup weather. And to go with the leftover Mexican, that does sound good there.
