They were advertising about every time you do a pellet barbeque to make sure you have the lid open before you get your final fire started on it. Otherwise they go kaboom. I did a YouTube and looked at that and it was funny. The guy had his lid down and he was sitting in his chair watching it and getting ready and preloading it and all that good stuff. All of a sudden kaboom blew the ends of the thing off and it was yeah. can fire, just don't mix. They have a tendency of being a little bit ignitable, but otherwise if you do it right, all the meats turned out good. When we had to wait for my wife we did burgers and like I said I did about 45 burgers at one whack and it was excellent. Then it's got a little rack on top for putting your buns in there if you want to warm them up too.
