Yeah, make it a little bit more juicier, right? Yeah, that makes sense to me. Well, with the blue cheese, it's like last night I had blue cheese. We went to a pizza place and had a salad and the all the dressings were in bottles except for the blue cheese and they had them in little plastic cups, you know, lids on top. I couldn't figure out why they did that, because their blue cheese, they had chunks, I mean they were quarter sized chunks of blue cheese and this dressing, oh it was so good Kevin. I could have just made a meal off of that alone, but now, and speaking of pizzas, my my favorite pizza is anchovy pizza. I still make them. You can still get them depending on where you go, but you want something that's fairly fresh. I love anchovy pizza. And the kimchi, I have to have it fermented. It cannot be made with not any fermented, processed on because to me it doesn't taste very good unless you do it that way. Back to you, KB0MA. Thank you for watching and see you next time.
