and then Marsha who was totally blind when we lived alone for a while, they always told me to just keep a light on for atmosphere. Especially in high crime areas, people are looking for you to like not be at your crib. So you leave the lights on and they'll never know. Not that that's going to do anything, I mean those people didn't know that people just bust in right in front of you nowadays. They don't care if you're home. So that's like something new. It's a new equation that older heads didn't think about, right? You know, the dreaded home invasion. Gotta do it right in front of you. But I was always told in school that even if you don't need it, it's atmosphere for your house. So just have it on at regular intervals. Don't leave it on for five days straight. Just try to do it the way regular folks do, like a sort of routine. And plus yeah, roommates and people will often tell me, hey man, your light bulb's out, fam. And then that whole point is always funny. Because I remember I used to have to have one of the homies change it on me because I'm small, right? And I ain't trying to get on a step ladder. And then later on, I'm too fat to get on a step ladder. I'll screw around, knock everything down, topple onto the floor, and have one of them falls my brother got. So, but yeah, I was always kind of told in school that it's good to do certain things for appearance. It's not just for you.
