Now I want some cheese. I do like those soft French cheeses. There's a grocery store that we go to that has an ok cheese section. In the deli they have samplers of a bunch of different cheeses. It changes all of the time. So I like to do that because then I can try some of the cheeses I wouldn't normally get or cheese that I don't really know anything about and you don't have to make a huge commitment and buy the whole block you can just buy a sampler that maybe has a little bit of it in there and if you don't like it then you're not out a whole block of cheese but if you do then you can make note of it and go back and get more. Sometimes I get lucky and they have an entire sampler of different trees and camembert, but that doesn't happen often. When they have those out, I tend to pick up a couple of them.
