Well good morning to you and the group. Happiest of holidays. Weather down here right now is 60 with fog on the coast and blue skies up inland a bit on the mountain. Running our big Christmas festival over here at the ranch so we've got quite a few families and stuff enjoying the good weather while it lasts. I guess we'll finally pick up the weather next week and and hang on to it for a day or two. Anyway, just wanted to touch in because I'm at lunch now. This is about the only time I get a break for talking the radio. It's good to hear everybody out there and my condolences to the Silent Key family.
