Hey my other gail everybody in that Joe in Las Vegas the other other other other Joe I was gonna wait because I'm working out. You can hear me out of breath and Joyce Joyce came in there for a recheck. I Joyce It's chilly, you know, it's 43 degrees when I got up sums out clear No wind, so it's looking really nice like some working out now, so Probably no biking. I can't do everything but tomorrow probably after the net I'll get out and ride it's supposed to be 65 for a high today tomorrow Thursday so perfect riding weather and actually you know what maybe I won't ride tomorrow maybe I wait till Thursday so the idiots will be out on the roads tomorrow and rushing to get wherever they need to get to work Thursday everyone is usually fairly settled so that should be pretty good but other than that hi I just came in because it was so quiet I'm with the last two weeks now it's been really quiet maybe since the time change I'm not really sure but a lot of people are connected on our side as well as do drop in so if you're out there don't be shy check in we want to hear from you so anyway good to hear that Gail I got to get back to pumping iron and sweating steel and there was a famous song in Pittsburgh around 1980 and it was called pumping iron pumping iron and sweat and steel and it was actually because Pittsburgh is a steel town and Iron City beer was a big beer so you were pumping iron and sweat and steel working but anyway back to you gals chill in Las Vegas kk7b
