Yeah brighten a lot of memories brought back I have pops from spring, Texas, but he was another hot rod or Joe So we used to I called him a few times on the phone and and we told the hot rod stories All right gonna say yeah, you're saying it's pretty good as you know I do a lot of walking and I need a lot of walking I can't remember what it was like three and a half million steps and in a year So anyhow, when I worked at Ashton Photo, I would go out at noon and walk about two miles every day. And the next thing, one of the gals asked if she could join me. And pretty soon I had four gals and me walking around about two miles. And so they said, Roy is out there with his harem. But the next year, our boss came out with hats for everything and said, walk with me in 2003. And he said, those couple of those gals were, one of them was the secretary, and those gals would come back, would be rejuvenated. Before, they were kind of moping around in the afternoon, and they were all rejuvenated, and they worked twice as hard in the afternoon. So anyhow, I'm with you. Exercise and anyhow, same thing with me. If I sit for half an hour anymore, rigor mortars sets in, and I'm in trouble. So anyhow, that's what I wanted to say. So 73 saw, back to knife control.
