Ah, yes. Okay, so the brand is, I think it's something Tony, and it is a mixture of, it is like a, what do you call it? It's a marinade, and it's butter and creole flavored. And it comes with a syringe so that you can suck the marinade up into the syringe and then inject it into the turkey. So you inject it into the breast, into the legs, and the thighs. And then I actually take and then baste the whole turkey and all of that as well. And then when I put it into the infrared fryer as it's cooking I will drizzle it over the top to make sure it gets all nice and coated so that when it comes out it's all nice and crispy and all those good flavors are in there.
