Yeah, alright. Well, I got a nice stash for the next while. Anyways, I'll probably, at least through Christmas, we gotta make through some expenses. Which, tons of people are not exactly in the mood for that right now, right? Just because of the cost. They're building, I was watching a city TV yesterday where they're building these brand new condominiums somewhere just a little bit past the Scarborough Bluffs and then they're building some co-ops all the hell out in Etobicoke. If you don't live in Etobicoke and you live in the beaches, that's pretty much Japan. But it's nice to see that they'll have a A few situations for a couple of people, I guess. They're supposed to have maybe these high rises, right, with 100 apartments. So that'll be shelter for two people at least. Now we just got to worry about the rest of the city. They're building some more of the same type of structures in the other places. So 10 people will have housing. That'll be great. All right, buddy, listen, I'm going to get out of here. Probably a lamp in my chair with the headphones. I'm not sleeping, but I'll probably just kind of space out with the headphones. And you know me. So you're doing a good job, Russ. It's like Gray said earlier, right? It's all how you recover. You seem to be doing pretty good because, yeah, the pre-net was kind of quiet, right?
