Hey, good to hear you too, Jack, and everybody on the net, hello. Long time no here. Well, I normally wouldn't be up. I've been working the night shift graveyard, this graveyard, but from about 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. some nights. And anyway, tonight I wasn't feeling very good good when I was on my way home and checked my blood pressure and it was really really high so I went to the emergency department it started going down once I was there and and just kind of relaxing but they said everything checked out got my got some blood work and EKG all looked good they even did a ultrasound on my eyeballs. I've never had that happen before. But everything checked out and I've got a follow-up with primary care and I should probably start watching what I eat a little bit better. Back to you, Jack.
