Well, Jack, one while you were coming back to me, it sounds like a gentleman was checking in from Italy. So he must be on there, so I thought I'd let you know. Yes, Jack, this last year we had an arborist come. We've got three acres here. The arborist went through, checked all our trees. We also, a couple of our neighbors had really bad beetle infestation. They found two trees on our property. They injected those with a, I guess it's a herbicide or an insecticide that travels up the Cambria through the bark and kills all the beetles and the larvae, but the tree lives. Then they put these pheromone patches, I guess it is, all around our property, and it tells the beetles that this property is already infected. Beetles don't like to come to trees that are already inhabited, so they move on. So quite a few of our neighbors had this check done so the Arbus went through all of our trees and gave us the two thumbs up. So we're protected for a year, said one more year of treatment, should be completely free with no problems and but we've had several neighbors that were infected out here.
