Alright kd9 NSK. This is KC to PKG first for Josh. I Used a recipe that I think is one the best way to paste of garlic and salt and you kind of Put it all over the outside. You rub it with it You almost end up with a shell of that stuff and inside the bird you put a lemon it can either be cut or stabbed or whatever it's very simple and very very effective a couple of things I and I told everybody this before but I didn't check the drip tray before I started and when I pulled it out to get the delicious drippings it was full of rainwater that was my first mistake next time I'm gonna do it standing the chickens straight up put it over there's Comes to the stainless steel tube that can go in the middle of the chicken. I'm gonna use that to hold it up I laid it down flat and worked great and we also put Some oil olive oil and salt on the potatoes and they just set the top rack. So it was really Really a good a good dinner it was great it was great. So, I don't know next thing I'm gonna try maybe some pork I think that might be a way to go you know but you know it's placement in the machine makes a difference I think it does and we'll find out I was thinking about standing ribs up in there but I think you'd have to pre cook them first I'm not sure you can slow cook ribs in it but you know it has a temperature dial an intensity dial so I'm gonna experiment with that too anyway I'm having a lot of fun with it it's very cool. What else did I want to say? I don't know. Oh Pat, I got a question for you since you're coming up. I can't wait to look at the video. I'm very excited about that. I heard that, my question is do you have snow at your place? Because I heard, I guess it was last weekend, that there was going to be a lot of lake effect snow.
