My favorite anchovy place was up in Adak, Alaska in a marine barracks. You see, we had tunnels going everywhere so we could stay out of the weather. And it was a small base. There was a big base and a small base. I was on a small base and there was about 400 of us. But they had a little bar in the marine barracks in the basement that you could get to. And we'd watch our movies there. There would only be five or six of us there, you know, have our drinks and eat pizza, and they had an anchovy pizza that was just awesome. Now the base is shut down. I think there's only like five or six people who live on the island now, and I will never get that anchovy pizza again, but I remember it very, very vividly. That was 40 years ago. I can still think of that place. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven, November, Quebec, November. Yeah, it's kind of funny. Located in Shelby, Hampton. The way memories hang on to you. Kind of locks things in place. Yep.
