Hey, well Dave, good evening to you and everybody on the net. And it's just been a mess here in this area, just all this week. We had an atmospheric river earlier in the week. Oh, just dark and hard rain. I sat here for half the afternoon just with a cat on my lap, just not wanting to, just not wanting to even look outside. And up in northern Washington, they had some pretty severe flooding in quite a few areas, and yeah, it was a real mess. And then it kind of stopped, and then it shifted down this way. And we've had, you know, out in the rural areas especially, we've had quite a bit of flooding and trees down. And here in Portland, there's a infamous Creek Johnson Creek, yes, if it's going to flood, it's always going to flood. Yeah, those people were out putting sandbags in their house and so forth. And actually, my actual old friend and I, we're going to go out to this remote, not that remote, but place out in the country anyway, where this group puts on a Christmas Christmas lights, so it is extremely cool. We went, oh, a long time ago we went to it, and yeah, we were gonna go back and see that again this year. And we decided that it wasn't safe to go because too many places, you know, too many of the routes to get to this place are either flooded or they're increased down or both. And what if we couldn't get back? So ended up staying home. And so things are just a total mess here right now, but hopefully they'll get better. Somebody said there's more to come. I sure hope not. Anyway, back to you, KSM, PKL.
