Well, it's funny you mentioned you lost weight because you got sick. I mean, that same thing had happened to me. I lost 105 pounds in the last two years because I was sick. Now my appetite is starting to return, but I'm trying to be very careful not to gain that weight back. But, yeah, sickness can do it.
