This is KA9EHV, Ann in Seattle, Megan and the rest of the net. Well let's see. I had a delightful chat with my cousin Megan, daughter of Rob, KM7AOY fame. And she and I talked about Christmas presents, and boyfriends that give us the creeps, and you know all kinds of nice things that women talk about, and that was fun. And then I finally got my recorder to a place where I can review files. So I'm going through all the files for this thing that I wrote in because I got tired of being in the Raquel-iverse. So I invented a new character to write about who's young and cute, and completely incapable of defending herself from the scum that inhabits the merchant marine, various corners of the merchant marine in my universe. These are the old sweats who, you know, at long, long, long in their careers are still junior ratings, that kind of thing. And she is She is the woman who is going to move that ship. And they don't like her because of the interesting things she does. So yes, very cute. Exercise in inclusiveness for contemporary sensibilities. Anyway, that's about all I did today. Tomorrow I get to go work at the gallery, and Friday I get to go work at the gallery, so I guess I'll be spending a lot of time at the gallery.
