I just looked it up, and I think I was kind of right here. I was asking why if you're sick you would crave sweets, right? Your body wants faster energy, which makes sense to me. You're burning a lot of calories just because of the sickness. Illness messes with your appetite signals. Inflammation, fever, congestion can make regular foods seem unappealing. Sweet flavors still register as safe and easy, So craving shifts in that direction. The dopamine effect, you're feeling bad. And the dopamine effect helps you feel a little bit better. Lost in taste and smells. So sugar is incredibly powerful in taste. So you can taste it, so that's why you go to it. That's the main reasons I see here. So I was kind of right about that, sort of.
