Well, uh, good evening to, uh, everyone on the net, and, uh, Brooks and Megan, and, uh, yeah, um, sorry to hear about Elaine, uh, I'm afraid I saw the post on Facebook, and I guess it's not very clear what's happening there, but, uh, uh, yeah, hope she, uh, hope she's doing as well as she can there. And yeah, I just spent the day kind of doing some, getting prepared for Thanksgiving, getting the house cleaned up, more perching of cabinets that I should have done well before, but somehow as I'm going through it's like clicking what I need to get rid of. And you know how sometimes you're in that mode where you know exactly what you, like when you see something like the perching is just easy, like you just know what needs to be thrown out. I was hitting that today, sometimes to my detriment, but in any case the turkey has been parted and dried brined. I did that last night. The cranberry sauce is made. The roof of the gravy has been made. The stuffing, the alarm on my watch is about to go off saying it's time to pull the stuffing out of the oven. So things are going pretty well there. No Black Friday deals. I kind of wish I had gotten a Black Friday deal on this. I've got this new skillet that is actually really cool. No pecuniary interest because I'm going to talk about it as if I am as if I were selling it because I think it is pretty neat. It's kind of like an all-clad The skillet, you know, where it's stainless steel, aluminum center and steel on the surface, but it is carbon steel for the cooking surface, which means when seasoned, it is practically non-stick. It is not Teflon, but it will last you forever and you can re-season it, what have you. So yeah, this is a fairly new pan, but the reviews have all been stellar and it's like, it's a nice pan, it weighs, it feels substantial, but not too heavy. It's still, I'm still breaking it in, like I only got like two days worth of seasoning on it, but I'm looking forward to it. I do have some plain old carbon steel pans and they're great until you warp them, which this thing shouldn't do. Or, I mean, it'd be a lot harder if you do it. It's really easy to warp a carbon steel pan If you're not careful, which I've learned. But yeah, I'm so excited about really breaking this in and about all I got now to pull the stuffing out of the oven. K7PJP, back to net.
