This is Victor Acoffoid and Ken Glima. This is good morning Dave and good morning the lovebirds and everybody here. You know, we don't want to miss anybody. So, yeah, well I wouldn't say it's cold here. We have nice warm temperatures. Today we have overcast and rain. Yes, we do need the rain. So, I don't mind that whatsoever. As long as the storms stay away. I don't like the storms. So, but they forecasted us. We may get them today, off and on. So, we wait and see. So, yeah, what can you do? What can you say?
