Good morning. Good morning. This is Tilo Juliet 5 India Romeo Quebec kj5 IRQ Just working around a little bit more this morning. Just got off the cow bungalow and join this one I'd like to try to say good morning when I can So I had an opportunity again today. So good morning to everybody Now we're not doing the whole lot around here starting to get things ready for Thanksgiving I got Start smoking a brisket here shortly Funny enough, that's not for us to eat, that's for my daughter to make macaroni and cheese with. But, I'm not hating that idea. So yeah, I got to smoke a brisket today, my wife is doing some other things, and then my big job is to turkey. So I'll be using a piece of equipment called the Big Easy. The Big Easy. B-I-G-E-A-S-Y. We had a lot of conversations the last few days on the Cowabunga Net about the Big Easy. So it's a full, pain-driven, oil-less deep fryer, basically is the best way I know to explain it to people. Look it up. Google it. It's not very expensive. But if you deep fry turkeys and you're always concerned with the oil spillage or explosions or any number of things that could go wrong with it, I would strongly suggest testing it out. for about three years and I love it. I mean I do I do everything in it. I've done turkeys, chickens, prime rib, regular ribs, you name it. Chicken legs, chicken rings, I mean they they make all kinds of cool stuff for it. Anyhow like I said it's oil-less but you still get the deep fried skin and everything. So anyhow I just thought since that's what we were talking about in the the old net, I would put it over to here and let people know what the big easy is in case they don't know what it is. So there you go. That is what we're doing here in North Central Texas today. With that, I say thank you for the time and I'll send it back to you. KJ5 IRQ, sending it back to the net controller.
