uh very true very true um just watching a thing about uh house prices in to and rental cost and how it's gone from uh you know single family renting a space to multiple families or multiple singles it's just crazy you know when i was there i was in my to for a summer for work they brought me in and they were paying 1,200 bucks for a studio for me. It was just nuts and nowhere close to downtown. Like, no, that was just craziness.
