The Y1M is returning. No major construction projects at present, but the office and the basement there, that is built out, but we're not constructing anything. Let's say we're accessorizing things. I put some shelves up and I've installed a number of power bars. Computer equipment awaiting some screens to install, a new Logitech meetup. I went for a lighter palette here. What I really should do is I should look at this space for some conferencing as well. I should video events down there in this space. Thanks for asking Jack. Back to you for a video I want to share.
