Am I only, if I drink a lot of coffee, it comes back. I elevated the bed so that the bed was higher at one end, lower at the other. So every, you know, I wake up with a heartburn like you wouldn't believe. Sometimes when you didn't do that, that acid comes. Sometimes in life, you get to become like I had migraines. The migraines are now going away. I never had that in my life.
