So I make, I use a vacuum pot and but I use espresso roast and I brew it at espresso strength but it's sealed because of the way a vacuum or siphon pot works and it sucks the brew back into the urn and just sits there and let it cool to room temperature then eventually I poured into some mason jars. So anyway, two shots of espresso, two shots of chocolate milk, a sploop of heavy cream, and then top it off with milk. And I prep, and then I heat it up in a microwave.
