KG, this is KJ5IRQ. And that's another Onion connection. Uh, thank you to the pages. I'm gonna do the second page first. You asked, uh, can we get the money out of politics? No, I mean, you can't. This is already effort. Uh, I mean, what are you gonna do? Force publishers to publish? No. Posters and stuff, you're gonna force the media to play the political ads for free. Um, all the people who print yard signs, you expect them to do it all for free? No. See, the problem is that it's an industry. And, uh, it's a cycling industry. So you will never remove the money from politics. However, there are things you can do to mitigate it. But, um, for example, you have to have an constitutional amendment before the Supreme Court should do a reversal. Because what happened was back in, uh, 2010, citizens could have been filed a lawsuit, uh, versus the FTC. And, uh, it was at the end of the day said that money created with three C's. And so that allows unlimited independent political spending by anybody. Corporations, unions, specialist interest groups, it doesn't matter. But the only way to fix that is either a constitutional amendment, which, by the way, requires two-thirds of Congress, and a ratification by the Court of the States, or a court reversal which doesn't. And it happens often. However, in the recent couple of years, it has seemed to be happening more often. Um, I like the idea of enacting public finances of elections. Okay, give them both a budget, pay for them, the taxpayer's money. Let me repeat, for everything else, not the taxpayer's money. That means you want to fix things. That's because we're getting so money, you get a tax change. Uh, and yes, that happened. Uh, it actually happens with the ten-thirds of them, too, believe it or not. That not egress. My point is, if we can spend money on stupid stuff like that, why can we spend it on some important, like, let everything be in place, let the United States run an annual election. Why can't we take even half of that money, let in half of a, a, a, as much as you have a C or a D or an E team, within the amount that each team can spend, gets lower? I mean, you have a budget, stick to the budget. That would also be good training for balancing and keeping the United States budget. Budget is wrapped, I don't think it's very positive, I'll be right back to finish this photo.
