If you look at my QRZ page, you'll find out that I am a heart transplant patient out of the University of Washington Medical Center. I've had my new heart for three years and five months. I'm 74 years old and my new heart when I got it was 24 years old and it was a gentleman out of Walla Walla, Washington that fell off the roof of a house that he was building. And I guess he didn't need it anymore because I was gifted with this wonderful gift of a very terrific card. So something my doctors always tell me is they remind me that, hey, you ham operators, you've got to get up about every 20 minutes. Because if you sit there for hours on end, you're going to get a blood clot in your leg and you're going to throw a thrombo. So what I do is I always make sure every 20 minutes I have a timer that I stand up. Go ahead.
