Well, good morning Teresa and Dana. This is John W7JSM doing okay here this morning. I took Finn out about eight o'clock, but I wasn't really outside very long. So not sure what the weather's doing out there. But I got some stuff to do inside today, a few chores around the house I got to take care of. and other than that I'm just taking it easy because I'm waiting to get the staples removed out of my stomach from my hernia repair surgery and they come out on Wednesday so definitely not doing too much energetic around here that's for sure. Other than that I've still been able to play the guitar some so I've been practicing guitar. I don't have any more lessons till January the 8th after all the holidays so just kind of backtracking everything I've done and practicing stuff and you know repetition muscle memory so that's basically what I'm doing now so hope everybody's having a good one W7, JSM.
