Yeah, it's just one more reason why I think I'll keep that opinion to myself, but you are right. It is very easy to gain the weight, extremely hard to take it off, and it's amazing how you can put it on so fast, that's how slowly it comes off. You got to really have a calorie deficit to get it to come off fast. I eat 2,200 calories a day and you decrease your calorie intake by let's say 500 a day and you start gaining that weight, a pound or two every week and then you go oh my god I got to go on a diet. So not only do you have to go back down to your 2,200 calories but you happen to have of deficit, you have to take another five to seven hundred calories away from you. Your body's not used to that and you're cutting out your favorite foods that taste really good to you and stuff like that that are high in calorie and it turns into an extreme sacrifice. Evolution is such a screwed up thing.
