This is N0BF checking in and thank you for doing that for me this morning, Kevin. Nice to hear you on here and I'm uh, I wake up. I took a sleeping pill last night. So I slept like a baby, but uh, I don't take one of those sometimes I don't sleep Got a big day today. But uh before I mentioned, uh, you're right. Uh, you got that straight up, uh morse code breakfast That's under my belt now And that was nice to wake up with some morse code. There's a contest going on today I don't know if any A-Chefers on here but and boy they go crazy here all over the bands so I worked a couple people on the what they call the CQ contest on Morse code so I did that and anyway then what else did I do I did a little FTA too I try to do this a little bit in the mornings which is a digital mode and of course I'm over here talking on a digital voice mode and that's kind of fun and enjoyed this net so let's see a big day today we're going to go do Christmas carols over at one of the retirement homes and there's someone where a friend of Jeannie my wife lives they grew up together so that's kind of cool anyway so that's going to happen pretty soon actually go play a mandolin guitar maybe some other I don't know well it's snowy here six inches snow on the ground so some people may not show that we're gonna possibly help us but that's okay well my wife and I can do it by ourselves or other people or whatever so we'll have fun and bring it starting bringing into another Christmas here I can't believe I just you know we're here last Christmas before I bought the house anyway they keep coming they keep going over to Kevin and Kevin interesting here about the schooling of the blind and that kind of stuff get some insight supposedly if you get the idea from that and that is some sort of insight anyway back to Ned this is NGOBA. Yeah because the big thing is they they want to talk about that Braille is obsolete and people don't really do that anymore but it's like reading is important literacy is very important even if you know I mean okay you're not going to use a pen and a piece of paper or a stylus and a slate but you should at least have knowledge of it right like when they stopped teaching the curse of writing I thought it was kind of a bad thing literacy is the key to do a lot of things right I mean if you want to use a computer that's important because I mean AI is fun right and a lot of those things are fun but don't let them run your life you gotta be able to you gotta be able to run it okay like when I'm searching for things even on YouTube it's better to just know what you're doing right a kid isn't going to have that same capability right but when I'm going through and I'm searching for music or anything like that it helps to have that knowledge right yeah nothing nothing your own learning oh yeah thanks Steve so yes if I forget to verbalize any of these names doesn't mean that I'm leaving them out just moving real fast sometimes but the next person on the list is Rick he wrote in here too so over to Rick how's it going
