Jack, those are sleigh bells on our ring cam in the backyard to let us know when the cats and dogs are going in and out. There is jingle bells that plays in the background. I haven't changed them because out of all the tones you can put on there to alert you, this is the one that doesn't drive me nuts constantly, so I can put up with it.
