Well good morning there Dana, Teresa and everybody out there or Teresa and Dana. Anyway yeah it's we got 40 degrees here and it's a Saturday morning and we kind of lose track on these holiday weekends don't we? I got a story to tell everybody it's kind of a warning thing. Yesterday I had lunch with a longtime ham radio friend and it just was coincidental that both of our licenses will expire within four days of each other next uh next November in 2026. And so we were discussing renewing licenses and you know how the conversation goes. Well this morning I was looking at my emails on my phone and I get this email from arrl.net and it says Instruction document is attached and right away. I look what what I wonder if Mark did something to get the ARL They send us some instructions on how to but that didn't make sense either So I didn't I didn't touch it on my on my phone So I came up to the big computer so I can mouse over the address and it obviously was not from the a double RL It's from somebody bonbonbonbo at adventure peddler.com Okay, that's a fishing scheme. And so I've been trying to forward it ARRL and my only the only address I can well, there's thousands of email addresses when you go to the ARRL website and the one is HQ at at a r r l dot org and that one keeps coming back with the infamous mailer mailer demon return so i'm going to have to wait until monday and give them a call and see what email address or if they're even aware of this thing so it sounds real fishy to me so just a similar one don't open it those are always bad news anyway have a good every good rest of your weekend everybody and happy, happy Christmas shopping season.
