on some kind of a spit. And it was vertical. And then it would turn, and the heating unit was behind it. And then as it went around, they would slice off the cooked stuff and expose the uncooked or the less cooked. And they just kept going around and around and around. So those are popular in a couple places that I've seen down in the LA area at some of these taco shops. And I'm talking about the ones that set up outside for the people. But I'm glad I ate, because this stuff would have been driving me crazy. See, I'm not home enough. I get home once a month and I don't even get to use my barbecue unless my wife gives me permission because it's normally she'll let me go grab something. So I'd love to be able to spend money and buy some of this stuff and then cook using it, but just not home enough to be able to do something like that. One day, one day. All right, and I know a few.
