Good morning to you and to all on the net this morning. I am enjoying being back at my apartment because for the past couple of days I've been spending time with my mom because she was making a major move from house to senior living facility. So we got her, her friend and I got her moved, well we had movers move, but my friend orchestrated it and then I stayed with her for a couple of days and a night just to kind of make sure that she knew her way around and all and she's totally, oh let's see, Jack is saying my audio is probably really low so hang on just one second.
