I have a comment It's for bill, you know bill you mentioned that you might try and stay away from Female trainees going going ahead and I would discourage you from doing that you you've trained a lot of women over the years and And been very successful at it And so you'd be you'd be cheating people like that people who could be great truck drivers if you did that just because they're women because one woman was the problem was a flake so anyway I just wanted to mention that I was thinking about Dee this morning and in a nice way and and I started put some things together she's been talking about insurance and stuff like that and how much it's gone up for her and there's a big long article in New York Times today about that very thing that some people's premiums are doubling or even going up I think mine went up 30% and they trace the package to reinsurance market very quickly a reinsure ensures insurance companies from catastrophic loss and they're charging double what they used to because of climate change because there's a lot of hurricanes is torrential rain they've got these hailstorms in the middle of the country to punch a hole right through the roof and this is different than the market that they and everybody started out in but it's so intense that it's wrecking the housing market all over the country I'm looking at where's a couple of states here Florida 85 percent more Nebraska 144 percent, Minnesota 94 percent, Illinois 108 percent, Maryland, North Carolina, and California 104, 75, and 70. So the cost to insure a home really makes a difference because a lot of people getting talked out of buying certain homes in certain areas and any home at all in some areas because the insurance cost, the monthly cost to them is so high. I can't do anything about it. So essentially, because he was the first person to bring that up. And I, I have my own evidence too. But that's really hammering the heck out of everybody and reinsurance is worldwide. So it affects everybody all over the planet. So Newfoundland, your insurance is going to go up too.
