Last night, yesterday, I did another BNC to SO-239 connection. First one didn't work, so I'm hoping this time around it works. I got a 75 watt inverter that I put into my cigarette lighter with the engine cranked over and I used the 12 volt DC power adapter into the radio and yet it wouldn't fire up. I can't get a battery pack yet. I have to wait until the store opens tomorrow in the battery world and I might have to go in there probably on Tuesday. That way I can take my lunch with me and eat it there and back and hope they can find a pack for me for my FT208R so there we go.
