Hey, I was just looking up your issue and you may have an option that may help, but it's kind of like using a big boy baseball bat when you might need a little stick. Anyhow, you can call the Canadian Human Rights Commission and file a complaint with them. You can also call the Office of the Accessibility Commissioner, OAC, and either one you can file a complaint with and tell them that you've gotten a hold of the company, you've gotten a hold of your ADA assistant, which I think in your case would be the blind shell, and that you're not getting any resolution and you're very concerned that you're going to be frauded, blah, blah, blah. Just file a complaint with either one of them or both and anyhow, they say that up there in Canada under their federal financial regulations, once you do that, these companies respond quickly because I guess you all are pretty tough on them up there. So I don't know if that seemed like an option. KJ5, IRQ. Back to you.
