Yeah, it does. I mean, it really depends. It has a down kind of feeling to it, but I'm just being very careful and just trying not to overdo it, you know. But there's a chance that I may pass out a little bit later, a little bit later kind of thing. Yesterday it was a big help, just because I had a little bit of disruption in my sleep in the mid-evening in that. I noticed my dad did too. I'm almost tempted to tell him that there is a way, but I didn't. Because I noticed he tosses and turns and he's agitated and keeps getting up and going in and closing the door and coming back out and going back in. I noticed he kind of has like a little stress. I don't bother stressing on it, you know. I just take a few and then if I can get to sleep, great, sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. Yesterday was a blessing though.
