Oh, I love onions, probably raw or fried or baked. I can eat them any which way you can possibly give them to me. And all varieties of onion, too. But you know me. I did a little research as we were talking. And it says liver is one of those foods that's either a powerhouse or a problem depending on how you eat it. Apparently the good is it's instantly nutritious and dense. You're getting a lot of vitamin A, vitamin B12, iron, copper, all maxed out, right? So if you're low on vitamin B, which my wife is, I've got to give her shots every month to keep her vitamin B up. Liver will fix that and fix it fast. However, it's so nutrition-dense that you can overdose on it. Too much vitamin A can mess you up, headaches, dizziness, and even liver damage. And it also has a lot of high cholesterol in it, too. So that's a big one. And pregnant women shouldn't be eating it because of all the vitamin A that's in it. So they say that if you eat it in moderation in small portions, you're OK. But if you're a liver, I can eat liver every damn day of the week, you're going to have some health problems, dude. So it's not as healthy as we think.
