If you don't know anybody with bad ADHD like me, you'll notice or you'll know That a lot of times if they move physically whether it's bouncing the ball freezing a stress ball tap in there for Walking I seem to walk a lot That helps them focus their mind Don't ask me why it works. I've never really researched it But it was a coping mechanism given to me a long time ago and and it works I mean whenever I am in meetings and stuff, so I'm not sitting in front of looking at camera I'm usually walking and talking, and that's what I do with a net every morning. I bet I get, I got a 12,000 step counter on my phone, and I bet you I get more than a third, maybe not quite half of the steps in throughout the net. So whether it's walking inside my house in a circle or walking in my yard in a circle, playing with the dog. So I try to get my steps in. So there you go.
