This is KG7AII and you know we forgot to do announcements earlier and I think it is a good opportunity to do those and interesting I think I see a bug on Facebook's website that's interesting anyway so I'm looking at the I'm looking at the events to consider post from our PSRG discussion group on Facebook and today December 20th the Radio Club of Tacoma is hosting their open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. club members guests and visitors anybody interested in amateur radio is welcome to stop by. The Simplex net tonight is now on 146.56 megahertz at 8 p.m. Sunday December 21st that's tomorrow is the winter solstice yay that means the days are going to start getting longer again we're through the over the hump I guess that might be the way to say it and of course December 25th is Christmas Day and 31st is New Year's Eve like everybody knows Saturday January 10th is the next PSRG educational meeting at 1 30 p.m. on zoom the subject an introduction to mesh core hosted by our very own Madeline KJ7NUW and Amy KB9IQX and I think that's going to be a really interesting one. Winter Field Day January 24th and 25th more information at winterfieldday.org and of course the big event of the year March 7th in my opinion at least the biggest event of the year the 44th annual Mike and Key electronic show and swap meet down there at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup and Sunday, March 8th daylight savings time And on and on of course the Olympus rally in April 17th to the 19th.
