Hey, okay, this is in zero BF eggs man fresh eggs, so, you know Josh I'm gonna be walking down to breakfast number three here a little bit There's a little bitty cafe and right in the middle of this town and it's about a mile from here and man It's a glory half mile. Maybe well three fourths of a mile. I don't know Anyway, it's about a two mile walk how I do it round trip, but I'm gonna get steak and eggs, man I'll tell you that's my fave right there, right? And I'm a kind of on Atkins guy, you know Atkins diet So that really just did the trick to me to lapse fresh eggs. And I used to do a lot of work on a chicken farm, and I'll tell you what, I come home pretty dirty and have to take a shower. Anyway, back over to you there, Josh.
