Hey, good morning everybody, like always, I gave gratitude to be allowed to awake this morning, and it's sad, well, it's foggy, it's foggy, but it's still awesome. I'm amazed about fogs and clouds and all this stuff, you know, how we get fog and changes weather and all this stuff but anyway um you know everything was good um this point I'm doing a project and I have to get music for it and I want you to find my old video and the music to go with it so it went back to 2013 the project that I previously that I'm trying to redo and then I found it. I found everything I needed and everything seems to be okay. I'm having pancakes this morning. Yummy, yummy. I need carbs to take my medications. I would either have a pastry, something real carby to absorb medicine because even talent or something can mess up your kidneys and liver, so I try to have really caught with a lot of carbs in the morning.
