Yep, strict. But one of the things I do which funnily enough, all the schools have started to adopt. And I've had teachers that I've talked with years ago who have come up to me. And one of them has now come up to the club and started her helping out using some of the techniques I use with the children, but one they particularly use because I don't shout. My argument is if you shout at the children you've lost it. You've lost the battle. So I will just stand, there will always be the ones that are listening and you call them all back over to you and you know what it's like. You've got probably 10 kids in different groups all having their own private conversations. And I'll just stand there because these are primary school children so you can get away with this and I'll just say anyone that's listening put your hand on your head and you'll see two kids do it. And I go right, house points. So I dish out a couple of house points for them. And then I'll go, anyone that's listening, put your fingers on your ears. And then there will be a few more that join in. And gradually you stop giving the how for points but everyone starts to follow suit because they are like sheep. They see everyone else doing something and they'll do it. So I don't shout. I use my hockey stick on them. It's tempting at times. And the other line as well, I will say if you've got a child that will constantly swing their stick around, explain to them the dangers of it, what you could do, but you make it about them. If someone else is doing that and it hits your mouth, you're going to lose your teeth. And then there's so much paperwork and I've got to explain to your parents why you've got no front teeth, playground, or the blood. And you go along like that and it seems to get it.
