Good morning, Bruce great to hear from you this morning, and I appreciate you stopping by Yeah, you know so ludafisk is I it's funny because I've heard of it. I've never tried it It is an acquired taste if you get in fact I just Using AI a little bit here this morning but I asked an AI agent what ludafisk is and And it says it's a traditional Nordic dish made from dried white fish, usually cod, that has been soaked in lye and then rehydrated, rinsed repeatedly, and cooked. And it says the final texture is soft, slippery, and gelatin-like. You either grew up with it or you probably won't love it. It's definitely an acquired taste and the smell is very intense. Or if you're interested in some, you know, if you look on YouTube, you can find people trying it. But it is an acquired taste, so that's kind of the big thing about it. So, it's funny because I remember when I was just, I guess it was probably around the 1990s, when I first tried sushi for the first time. And the thought of raw fish kind of didn't settle well with me. But I and you know after trying it.
