I've never tried it It is an acquired taste if you get in fact I just Using AI a little bit here this morning but I asked an AI agent what ludafisk is and And it says it's a traditional Nordic dish made from dried white fish, usually cod, that has been soaked in lye and then rehydrated, rinsed repeatedly, and cooked. And it says the final texture is soft, slippery, and gelatin-like. You either grew up with it or you probably won't love it. It's definitely an acquired taste and the smell is very intense.
