Oh, I'm doing pretty good. I hope you're doing well, too. Thanks for doing the net. Yeah, here in the Bay Area today, it was about, oh boy, about 60 degrees here for a high. That's cold as this during the day hasn't been in a while. It was sunny out, though, which was nice. It was kind of overcast at one point, but the sun came out, and that's nice. I'm looking at the weather radar for the West Coast. And boy, Seattle's got a big old system coming right at you guys and we're gonna get the tail end of it down here in the Bay Area so it's not quite as heavy as what's gonna coming in towards Seattle. I just had a nice dinner and talked about before so I won't go back into it again but yeah they found one piece that was separate from the set that they found and it I ended up selling it for a million dollars. One chest piece sold for a million dollars. And I was part of that set. It's just amazing. And the squirrels were running around here doing their bit to eat up the peanuts and nuts I put out for them, having a great old time. So they got plenty to eat too. Got another bag of mixed nuts because I ran out. So I filled out their little picnic table that's on the railing and they were very happy to eat those. Somebody has a good day.
