Why do we have to be run by old people and And there was a photograph of the board members all got white hair, white, fat, old men. So, you know, seems to be the way of it. But it's a bit of a hobby that can't be run by a much younger generation who are open to new technology. Radios are built by robots and computers and we've moved on, so I don't think many people build anything probably nowadays, but you still have to learn basic stuff to pass the exam. I'm glad I don't have to do it, I forgot all my knowledge.
