I'm mobile right now and Silverdale just stopped by for a quick snack at McDonald's before we do a little grocery shopping Sheridan just got there with her Girl Scouts and Just between me and you and everybody else listening something I think the Girl Scouts in particularly are some kind of conspiracy theory to get the children all whacked up on sugar and then send them home with their parents because it seems like that happens at every single meeting kind of compounded the problem because we got her an ice cream cone right after we left so she's going to be bouncing off the walls and running through the supermarket it'll be fun but at least she'll get to work off some of that energy and stuff before we get home and that's about all we have for today Thanksgiving was great my sister really loved her present and we all made like a turkey and got stuff oh my god by the way it's stuffing when you have the stuffing on the side that is dressing and we always do dressing it's a little bit safer because if you don't cook the bird just right you don't clean it out just right and you put it in there you can end up getting sick and it usually hits about five days later because it takes about that long for the bacteria to grow in your stomach to cause you to get really sick so yeah I'll get it back to you K 17 please. But of course to be absolutely correct you can't have stuffing without it have been having been stuffed and you know what I am an expert in food poisoning I've been on my last vacation food poisoning three times Oh my goodness, and you know it usually just takes eight hours is my experience And it gets plenty enough time to give you a good rumble through the stomach and yeah I think you know all the details But yes, that's actually another good reason why to make dressing Versus stuffing is because it's a whole lot safer well what I often do is I'll take the giblets and all the goodies inside, except for the liver, that goes. All those giblets, boil them for two hours, right? So they're thoroughly cooked. And then I take the neck and all that and I strip all the meat, chop up everything, and put it on top of the stuffing and then cook that, excuse me, the dressing. I put that, it's stuffed in a bread pan, so I can still call it stuffing, you know. I put that in the oven and cook it for 30 minutes, and it comes out really great. It's almost exactly the same as stuffing, just not quite as soggy. And it was really great because I did have one guest. They were stuck home alone. And so it turned out they love the stuffing, the dressing, because it's crunchier than the soggy stuffy out of the bird. So she was happy, but my wife was unhappy because she likes the stuffing. At any rate, it was all great. I'm glad you had a great time. Sounds like the kids just love doing the scouting. I know I was crazy for it when I was a kid.
