Good morning this is Dan KC1 YVR. Welcome back Russell I hope you're feeling better glad to hear you on. Every day that I wake up I feel it's a blessing no matter what aches and pains I might have so I'm always always grateful. Went for a nice walk this morning it was 26 degrees Fahrenheit here west of Boston no leaves on the trees very crispy out you can see your breath when you breathe so I guess the summer is over kind of hang on as long as I can I had a run and go into Boston yesterday with my son less than 30 miles took me an hour and a half to drive you know that was after 9 o'clock I'm like what are these people doing it's not just you know trucks on the road and you know commercial drivers it's like people in their Toyota Camry's riding somewhere not working like me I guess there was a lot of traffic each direction which makes me very happy that when I'm working I work at home I've been working at home for the last 20 years in my home office and that saves good two hours a day so I'm really happy to do that can't wait to do it again Other than that, nothing planned for today other than to stay inside and toast you on.
