Well as Kathy Kathy used to say from the other net you get the giggle out loud award with with that one for sure Good stuff and Royce harem. I like that. That's good and and walk with me Yeah, we should do that Well when I was working the strip we had to we had to you know walk all nine properties but sometimes we didn't but we would still go out and sometimes we'd go to the parking garage walk up and down the stairs walk around the parking garages and you got to keep moving and that's why I ride a lot of people there's so many reasons I ride but one of the big things is when I'm out there when I get back after you know three three and a half hours of riding the the endorphins the rush of energy mind body and soul there you can't there's nothing that will artificially recreate that so as long as I can do it I'm going to keep doing it for those reasons and that's why after four years of being off the bike I had to get back on I just I missed that so much so yeah good stuff but anyway thanks right thanks for that recheck there and we'll call one last round here last round the check-ins or rechecks rechecks rejects whatever you want to be come on in and again the question today is what is your saying do you have a saying like mine is you're either moving and living you're sitting and dying.
